Kigezi Haelthcare Foundation (KIHEFO) has been supporting families to join community cooperatives that in turn supports their small enterprises through savings and credits, so many families have joined Craft Cooperatives, Mushroom Cooperatives, Vegetables Cooperatives , Rabbit Cooperatives and many others. We have already mobilized and angaged two groups, one group has 15 members and another one has 20 members. we have organised these two groups into two cooperative. One cooperative will start on mushroom growing while another cooperative will start on craft making. We have a plan of mobilising more groups such as youth groups, orphans and elderly into other different cooperatives.
We are waiting for the fundraising to start in order to mobilise more funds so that we can support these Cooperatives
