QUARTERLY REPORT FOR GLOBAL GIVING (JUL-DEC 2023)
PROJECT TITLE: SUPPORT HOSPITAL BILLS FOR 20 NEEDY CHILDREN IN GHANA
THE HOSPITAL FINANCING PROJECT
This project fundraises using different crowdfunding methods to support very needy and stranded patients across Ghana, with specific emphasis on children under 5. The project has been in existence for the past 5 years and has so far mobilized over $50, 000 worth of cash and resources in Ghana to support 118 patients pay for their hospital bills, medications and surgeries.
Between July to December 2023, 18 patients, were supported to undergo complex surgeries and pay for expensive treatments and medications. This is a life saving project that has gained the trust of over 2000 individual Ghanaian Donors.
In December, under this project, the organization visited the Nutrition department of the Tamale Regional Hospital to support caregivers of extremely malnourshired children with an amount of GHS 10,000.
