In Northern Nigeria, many girls lack confidence and self-esteem, limiting their ability to pursue education, leadership, and personal growth. Without guidance, they remain unaware of their potential, reducing participation in decision-making and community activities. Mentoring and skill-building opportunities are scarce, leaving girls underprepared to become confident, empowered leaders.
This project will equip vulnerable girls in Nigeria with leadership skills through structured seminars and small-group tutorials. GEM will recruit and train girls as leaders, mentors, and role models, strengthening their confidence and engagement.
