This project will encourage 25 Brilliant adolescent girls for higher education/ vocational training. In poor families, financial conditions and premind set (safety issue and discrimination among boy and girl child) don't allow them to be continuing their education. These poor girls need to be encouraged by facilitating them with the facilities to continue their education or skill enhancement training to inspire them to take their own stand for good quality higher education & job skill.
Many villages still do not have Govt. educational institute. The private college in the area have high fees which is not- affordable by majority of rural population which are under Poverty. Due to poverty families are not keen to continue the education of the girls but mostly interested to send boys for higher education. This is due to the fact of difference between boys and girls still persist in Indian society.
Project aims to develop role model in the villages. Project will select 25 adolescent girls from diff. villages of Meerut & encourage them to continue their education & motivate them for vocational training according to their interest and market need & link them with the job opportunities, in future they will be able to earn money and help their parents, so these girls can get the same respect like other members of family without discrimination & create hope for other Girls of their Community.
The project will represent them as role model among the society so that it will change the mindset, motivate and encourage the other parents to provide equal opportunity to girl child also for their growth and also other young girls can get inspiration to grow up & become educated develop self confidence in themselves to participate actively for the welfare of their family/community and help family members to raise their financial/economical condition by taking good decisions.
