Support for Mid-day Meal to 85 working children

Greetings!

Thank you so much for your valuable support in the year 2018.  As we look forward for the same in 2019 for your donations towards this Mid-day meal program.  Thanks to your generosity. This scheme has enhanced children attendance in the rehabilitation centre and simultaneously has drastically improved nutritional levels of children.  We can continue to provide mid-day meal for these poor and downtrodden children.

All the children who are coming to our rehabilitation centre are coming from the background of poverty and hunger.  These children were unable to get even one nutritious meal a day.  Keeping in view of this issue HEARDS along with the support of donors like you, every child is served a prepared hot Mid-day meal with a minimum content of 300 calories of energy and 8-12 gram protein per day in all the working days of the rehabilitation centre.  To many of these children the Mid-day meal which is provided by us is the only source to their complete meal that they have access during the entire day.  This not only increase the attendance of the children along with its nutritional levels but it also has increased their standard in their education.  

It is also very happy to inform you that it is because of you our children are hale and healthy with good, hot and nutritious timely meals.
