This project will help the organization's project sustainability plan. The food processing involves the processing of clean and harvested crops into marketable food products. The foundation engages into this as a way; to carry out her mission objectives, for Community, financial and organizational sustainability, to build a wide supply chain network and to help those that have vocational skills to acquaint themselves with entrepreneurial skill so as to be resourceful and be useful to themselves.
We have been experiencing challenges in carrying out our mission objectives: financial, Community and organizational sustainability plan. Depending solely on external aids at times cannot help us to meet our mission goals, at times weakens our productivity, lack of equipment and financial constraints have led us into low and unstable investment in agricultural research, Storage Constraints,Farm Inputs Constraints, infrastructural Constraints and marketing Constraints.
This project will go along way creating jobs to our teaming youths in the Samonyemaechi food processing and packaging industry has hundreds of business ideas and opportunities within it to not just aid a savvy entrepreneur to grow a successful business but to also create thousands of jobs in the process.
It will usher in a potential long-term impact. It wil bring about a climate change. The world currently wastes one-third of all food produced.The food processing and packaging industry can contribute to the transformation of food systems. Food packaging can adopt many approaches to a more sustainable supply chain. Good packaging prevents waste and ensures that the food retains its desired quality throughout its shelf life. the product from physical impacts such as hitting, wetting, and bruising.
