Title: Farmer Rehabilitation Packages Distributed to 100 Flood-Affected Farmers in Khanewal
Summary
Alkhidmat Foundation, in collaboration with Alkhidmat Foundation Islamabad, successfully distributed rehabilitation packages to 100 flood-affected farmers in Khanewal.
These packages provide essential agricultural support to help farmers restore their livelihoods, resume cultivation, and recover from the devastating impacts of recent floods.
Story / Update
Severe floods damaged standing crops, fertile land, and essential farming tools across Khanewal, leaving hundreds of small farmers without the means to restart agricultural activities. The loss of livelihoods has pushed many families into financial instability, increasing their vulnerability.
To address this urgent need, Alkhidmat Foundation—supported by Alkhidmat Foundation Islamabad—distributed farmer rehabilitation packages designed to help affected farmers resume their seasonal planting cycles.
The relief packages included essential farming inputs such as seeds, fertilizers, basic tools, and other necessary supplies that directly support early recovery and future productivity.
Farmers expressed deep gratitude, noting that this assistance has restored not only their ability to re-cultivate their land but also their hope for economic recovery after months of hardship.
