Heavy monsoon rains and floods since June 2025 have devastated Pakistan, killing 800+ people, destroying 7,225 homes, washing away 5,500 livestock, and ruining crops. Support Flood-Affected Farmers in Pakistan provides urgent relief, including food, livestock, and farming inputs, helping families rebuild livelihoods and restore food security while strengthening resilience against future disasters.
Since late June, unprecedented monsoon rains and floods have devastated Pakistan, killing over 800 people, destroying 7,225 homes, washing away 5,500 livestock, and destroying crops. Smallholder farmers have lost their livelihoods, facing food insecurity, destroyed farmland, and lack of clean water. Without urgent support, these communities risk prolonged poverty and further economic and social instability.
This project will provide urgent support to flood-affected farmers by supplying fertilizers, seeds, and essential agricultural inputs. By restoring their ability to plant crops and rebuild farmland, the initiative helps farmers recover livelihoods, improve food security, and regain economic stability. Supporting these farmers ensures they can rebuild after the disaster and reduces long-term poverty and vulnerability in affected communities.
By providing fertilizers, seeds, and agricultural support, this project will help farmers restore crop production and rebuild livelihoods, ensuring food security and economic stability. Strengthened farming capacity will reduce vulnerability to future disasters, empower communities to recover faster, and promote sustainable agricultural practices that support long-term resilience and improved quality of life for affected families.
