Support feedback in the fight for racial justice

Project Report | Mar 18, 2022
Your story is your most powerful tool

By Conor Huynh | Operations Coordinator

As a nonprofit working to shift the feedback field to be more equitable, Feedback Labs commits to leveraging our privilege and platform to amplify the voices of historically excluded communities. The Listening for Justice blog series highlights BIPOC activists' and leaders’ experiences in listening to their communities and using feedback to make meaningful change.

Since our last project report, we have started working on one new Listening for Justice blog post. You can view the previous project report here.

The Greensboro Housing Coalition (GHC) works with people facing housing insecurity and advocates for fair, safe, and affordable housing. In Bringing to Advocacy a Powerful Mix of Leadership and Lived Experience, Josie Williams explores the power of storytelling at GHC and shares that “your individual story is the most powerful tool you have in your toolbox”.

Thanks to support from donors like you, we were able to recognize, honor, and compensate activists and leaders for their time and labor relating to this blog series. If you know of a leader, activist, or organization who would like to contribute to the Listening for Justice blog series, please get in touch by sending an email to info@feedbacklabs.org.

The Fund for Shared Insight is now supporting Feedback Labs with the Listening for Justice blog series. As such, Feedback Labs will be closing out this fundraising campaign. Thank you again for having supported us in the fight for racial justice in the feedback field!
