Daily missile and drone attacks across Ukraine continue to intensify, with assaults growing in both frequency and scale.
The number of long-range drones alone often reaches several hundred per day. In just 24 hours on 13–14 May, the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine reported that Russia launched 1,623 missiles and drones targeting civilian areas across the country.
The Ukrainian Red Cross has been actively responding in all affected regions. Our volunteers assist state emergency services in clearing debris, evacuating survivors, and transferring the injured to ambulance crews for transport to hospitals. They also provide psychological first aid to people in distress and distribute emergency repair materials and essential relief kits to families whose homes have been damaged.
Since the beginning of 2026, Ukrainian Red Cross teams have been deployed more than 600 times to sites of missile and drone strikes across the country, providing support to nearly 4,200 people.
This humanitarian response would not be possible without the support of our donors and partners. Your contributions enable our teams and volunteers to rapidly deploy to affected communities, provide emergency assistance to the injured, deliver essential relief supplies, and support families as they begin recovering from the trauma and destruction caused by these attacks.
Thank you for standing with the Ukrainian Red Cross.
