We want you to be aware of how your collaboration positively impacts our Educational Program and the young participants
In a complex context where one in two young people does not finish school and 40% are unemployed, we continue to focus on creating opportunities and providing the tools for them to take charge of their lives and build their futures through their own sustainable projects.
Our Educational Program involved 930 young people from 38 schools across 22 locations in the AMBA region. We are very proud that 93% successfully completed the program—surpassing the 91% rate seen in 2024—and that 70% have graduated from school; this retention rate is a testament to the excellent work done by the educational team and their tutors.
We also successfully carried out the CASS project (Community, Action, Service, and Sustainability), involving 220 fifth-year students from 10 schools. This initiative entails developing and executing a community-oriented, sustainable project designed to address specific needs within the community or school in a focused and effective manner.
Within our Alumni Community, we continue to foster opportunities for our 700 active alumni. In 2025, we prioritized working with recent graduates, thereby impacting the lives of 140 young people—double the number from 2024.
Our workforce training program, *Sé Protagonista* (Be the Protagonist), featured seven training sessions attended by 220 alumni, achieving an 83% completion rate. Our Higher Education Scholarship Program currently supports 123 scholarship recipients across various universities. Additionally, our Employment Program facilitated 56 new hires.
We are also proud to report that in 2025, 100% of the young people in both the educational program and the alumni community received at least one training session on sustainability.
Each year, we conduct a survey of our alumni to track their progress and identify their needs, allowing us to continuously improve our programs. We are sharing some results we are very proud of:
- 89% graduate from school
- 48% are currently employed
- 9 out of 10 have already secured their first job
- 69% continue their education after high school.
To wrap up, we would like to share that we are already working with the Board of Directors and our team on our 2027–2029 strategic plan to envision the Reciduca we want for the coming years and determine how to respond to the needs of the current context.
Thank you to our team for their commitment and professionalism, and to the 168 volunteers who supported our initiatives throughout 2025.
We invite you to join us in this challenge of supporting more young people with more opportunities.
