                                      Women and Adolescents girls  towards Empowered and Protecting

Women and Adolescent girls with Disabilities is one of the most underprivileged, Disadvantaged and vulnerable groups in the community. Always they are looked down upon, neglected and deprived of most of their basic human rights. To bring the rural disabled adolescent and women with Disabilities under development services community based approaches are found much effective in the rural areas.

In these issues organization Protibandhi Shishu Shiekkha O Paricharja Samity (Proships) is Upload  Project “ Empowering and Protecting women and adolescent girls “ on GlobalGiving Platform for fund Raising and implements activities through referral services like – skill training, IGAs training and small support or assistance for development of Disabled women & Adolescent girls will earn for themselves. Provide the basic knowledge and awareness to adolescent girls on Reproductive and Sexual health. Build their knowledge and Skills on Income Generating activities and Family Life. Educate and inform them about Safety measures to avoid social risks and threats.

Organization co workers are Provide the basic knowledge and awareness to women & Adolescent girls with Disabilities on the Reproductive and Sexual health. With support of GlobalGiving Foundation .They are received sanitary napkins on menstruation period and manages her personnel hygienic and protected infection and empowered. Organizations observe the International Women Day 2018 and Women with Disabilities are participating there for raising awareness on women rights issues. We are conducted sports competition with them for their physical and mentally improvement and refreshment. Overall health and gender empowerment would be ensured to create a healthier society.  Numbers of 100 hundred Women, adolescent girls & Youths are primary beneficiaries of the project.Finally we are request to donors for support us and we hope & believe comes to support us for women and adolescents girls protecting and empowered.

Protibandhi Shishu Shiekkha O Paricharja Samity (Proships) is running a project is specially designed to ensure the rights and access to different services of the Adolescent girl with disabilities for proper Care and education & IGAs training to develop with considering Community Based Rehabilitation. Women and adolescent girl with Disabilities have been given special emphasis in this project. Numbers of 100 hundred Women, adolescent girls & Youths are primary beneficiaries of the project. To empower and educate Adolescent girls on Reproductive Sexual Health  and Family Life Education  in order to make them physically and emotionally capable to lead a successful life.

Feruja age 22 years is a physical handicapped woman and comes from poor family. She lives in Nayagram of Bahadurabad union under Dewangonj Upazilla district –Jamalpur, Bangladesh. She is received tailoring training from the organization and after training our organization gave to a sewing machine for carry to job from her house. Now she is earning three to four thousands money from her job in each month and contributes to her family poverty. Her parents are very happy for her economical performance. Her jobs performance is family reducing economic burdens. She think have a healthier life in her family. Feruja and her parents are think that proships provided training is helpful and assisted earn from sewing machine.Organization co workers are Provide the basic knowledge and awareness to feruja on the Reproductive and Sexual health. With support of GlobalGiving Foundation She received sanitary napkin on menstruation period and she manages her personnel hygienic. Feruja greatful to GlobalGiving foundation for support her. Organizations observe the International Women Day 2017 and feruja participate there for raising awareness on women rights issues. She is enjoying fulfill life independently. Overall health and gender empowerment would be ensured to create a healthier society.
