Summer of 2022 was great for the Peace Farm

Peace Farm

Dear friend,

We are happy to share the newest developments at the Peace Farm.

We managed to finish renovation of the 2nd house which will serve as a hostel and a volunteers' house.

We added a table for table tennis which our youth already are enjoying very much, and the plan is to build a street workout in the following days.

In the past three months we have had our regular meetings and workshop for the youth and we are happy to share that more young people are joining our activities since we have more space at the farm.

his summer we had no rain for 70 days which affected our plants as well as the Pond. Luckily the fish survived but the garden harvest was reduced for about 90%.

For the first time we rented the Farm to two groups from Sarajevo and other parts of Bosnia and Herzegovina which is making our work more visible in BiH.

Our plan for the next three months is to fundrise to build a solar system which will make us more self-sustainable as well as to add two more ponds so we secure enough water for our gardens and fruit trees in the future.

We will need approximately $15 000 to build these systems. We hope you will support us in our efforts to create an exemplary place in terms of self sustainability.
