Dear Friends and Supporters,
Namaste and warm greetings from the Community Development Center (CDC) Nepal.
Some moments stay with you forever. One of those moments for us was stepping into an orphanage where children welcomed us with folded hands, bright smiles, and a joyful “Namaste.” In that simple greeting, we saw respect, happiness, and hope—proof that love and education truly change lives.
At Community Development Center (CDC) Nepal, we are proud to support over 500 vulnerable and orphaned Nepali children, helping them access education, nutritious food, and a caring environment where they can dream without fear.
Right now, the atmosphere at the school is full of focus and excitement. The students are currently busy taking their second terminal examinations. It is wonderful to watch them study hard, focus in the classroom, and show great dedication.
After all their hard work wrapping up these exams, the children are heading into their exciting 1-month Dashain and Tihar vacation. This long festive holiday break will give them a well-deserved chance to relax, celebrate, and enjoy the holiday spirit with friends and caregivers.
Despite coming from difficult backgrounds, these children radiate joy. That joy comes from knowing that someone believes in them. Our recent visits were a celebration of progress. We are thrilled to share that every single student is performing exceptionally well in their studies. Seeing the children engage with such enthusiasm in the classroom is a testament to their resilience and potential. It is heartwarming to see their steady growth, increased confidence, and a genuine love for learning.
For us, this is more than academic success—it is a sign that education is transforming lives.
To celebrate the students’ hard work before their exams and long holiday, CDC Nepal shared nutritious meals with the children. Sitting together, eating, laughing, and talking turned the day into a true celebration. For many, this meal meant comfort and care. For all of us, it was a reminder that support is not only about books and exams—it is about human connection.
The happiness on their faces said everything.
Many of the children supported by CDC Nepal have faced loss, poverty, and uncertainty at a very young age. Without support, continuing education would be impossible for them. Through donations and community support, CDC Nepal provides:
Access to school education
Books and learning materials
Emotional care and encouragement
Basic nutritional support
This holistic approach helps children grow not only as students but as confident individuals. The “Support 500 Nepali Helpless Kids for Education” initiative reflects CDC Nepal’s commitment to ensuring that no child is denied education due to hardship.
Every donation directly contributes to:
Keeping children in school
Providing daily care and learning support
Creating safe spaces for growth and confidence
Because of generous supporters, children who once faced uncertainty are now dreaming of becoming teachers, doctors, and leaders. We move forward with hope—hope built by kindness, generosity, and shared responsibility.
Your support helps turn small moments into life-changing opportunities. Together, we can continue bringing education, care, and happiness to children who need it most.
Support education. Support smiles. Support the future.
Warm Regards,
