Technical education /skills are the only way to cope the mass problems of Poverty and Unemployment. In Distt. Bahawalpur, there is only 4 technical institute which is insufficient for this region. we are going to offer training at real work environment with full practical hands on experience. we will initially train only 50 females from rural areas. They will be able to get on hand experience and will be able to start their own small business to support their family financially.
Pakistan is considered a developing country in the world. Pakistan is facing a problem of mass poverty and unemployment due to the lack of technical education facilities available in the region of Bahawalpur. All those females who has not been enroll under any formal and informal institute, are suffering from mass unemployment and unable to make their contribution as equal to males. Females need some more opportunities in this region of Bahawalpur having 3.6 million of population.
We will provide technical education along with on job training and hands on experience at real work environment i.e. workshops of local brands and national brands, boutiques and at renowned female tailors. After successful completion of these training, student will be able to start their own small business or can work as employee. There is need to empower women to work as equal to the male to cope the mass issues of poverty and unemployment in the region of Bahawalapur, Pakistan.
we will provide training to 50 females at initial stage with high quality environment and support with other organizations and institutions already working for this cause. After one year of success, We will start technical education for those who has finished their formal studies and want to get some computer diplomas and training for job market at national and international level e.g. Computerized Accounting, 3D Designing, Graphic Designing, Website development, E-Commerce etc..
