This project will support 300 patients in Ghana living with liver disease by providing access to medical treatment, diagnostic services, medication, and ongoing care. Many patients with liver conditions are unable to afford proper treatment, leading to severe complications and preventable deaths. This project will improve access to healthcare and help vulnerable patients manage their condition and improve their quality of life.
Liver disease is a growing health concern in Ghana, with many patients suffering from conditions linked to hepatitis infections, alcohol-related complications, and other chronic illnesses. High treatment costs, delayed diagnosis, and limited access to specialized care place many patients at serious risk. Without proper medical support, liver disease can lead to long-term disability and death.
This project will provide medical consultations, laboratory testing, medication support, and follow-up care for 300 liver disease patients. It will also include awareness and education programs to encourage early diagnosis and better disease management. Partnerships with healthcare providers will ensure patients receive continuous and quality care.
The project will improve health outcomes, reduce complications, and increase survival rates among patients with liver disease. Beneficiaries will receive the support needed to manage their condition and maintain better overall health. Over time, the project will strengthen awareness and improve access to treatment for chronic liver conditions in Ghana.
