Title: Supporting Education in Tharparkar – School Supplies Distributed at Alkhidmat Hut School, Ghono Lund
Summary
Alkhidmat Foundation distributed school supplies among students at Alkhidmat Hut School, Ghono Lund, Tharparkar to support children’s education and promote active community involvement in learning. This initiative aims to bring quality education closer to underprivileged children living in remote desert areas.
Story / Update
Education in remote areas like Tharparkar remains a challenge due to poverty, limited access, and lack of basic resources. Many children are eager to learn but often cannot afford school materials, which discourages them from attending classes regularly.
To address this challenge, Alkhidmat Foundation organized a school supplies distribution activity at its Hut School in Ghono Lund. Students received essential items such as notebooks, pencils, bags, and uniforms—giving them the tools and motivation they need to continue learning.
Parents and community members were also engaged in the event, reinforcing the message that education is a shared responsibility. The initiative not only supported children but also inspired the community to take an active role in their educational development.
