Thanks to our donors through GlobalGiving since February 2017, 1 more women in Eskisehir was able to get a loan to invest in her micro business. Z.Ç. has been selling textile products, i.e. underwear, socks, clothing. She has been doing this business from home. She is 34 years old, married and has 1 child. She took her fourth loan of 1800TL to buy bulks of textile goods to sell.
Since June 2015, KEDV raised a total of USD 5,463.59 through 88 donations through GlobalGiving and disbursed loans to 14 low income women for their micro businesses and gave financial literacy training to 15 women in addition to these 14. We still have a long way to reach our target of USD 70.000 to be able to support 200 low income women entrepreneurs. We would be grateful if you could continue to spread the word and share the project link in your networks.
Warm regards…
