Thanks to our donors through Global Giving since April 2018, 1 more woman in Eskisehir was able to get a loan to invest in her micro business. F.K. has started her own business to increase her family income. She is married and has 2 children. She is a high school graduate. She is a very creative person and produces home decoration items and sells them online and in fairs. With her third loan, she bought terrarium pots and small plants and artificial flowers to decorate.
Since June 2015, KEDV raised a total of USD7,320.02 through 119 donations through Global Giving and disbursed loans to 20 low income women for their micro businesses and gave financial literacy training to 15 women in addition to these 20. We still have a long way to reach our target of USD 70.000 to be able to support 200 low income women entrepreneurs. We would be grateful if you could continue to spread the word and share the project link in your networks.
Warm regards…
