A WELL HAS BEEN DRILLED AND WATER HAS BEEN FOUND
We continue to hope and believe that one day water from the drilled well will be supplied to Iwacu Kazoza School and the Orphanage, both located in the same compound so that over 500 underprivileged and orphaned children schooling at Iwacu Kazoza School will have access to clean water.
A Well has been drilled and Water has been found. It is pure and plenty of water as you can see from the attached pictures.
The drilled Well will be able to provide water to the school, orphanage and surrounding community. The remaining work to be done is to install water solar pump, pipes, build water tanks then to supply water to the school, orphanage and surrounding community.
Until today, we haven’t yet supplied water to the school and orphanage due to the lack of funding.
Getting water to the Orphanage and School from the drilled well requires:
#1: Building two 10 cubic water tanks: $9,836
#2: Purchase water solar pump: $9,500
#3: Piping from the drilled well to the orphanage and School including
digging for a piping line: $11,824
#4: Building fountains and fence for the well: $7,596
$5: Engineering supervision to be paid: $1,471
#6: Unexpected costs: $2,935
Total cost of the Project: $43,162
Funds already raised for this Project: Total: $4,705.10
Funds needed to be raised for this Project: $38,457
Your donation will help provide clean water to Iwacu Kazoza School, Orphanage and surrounding community.
