We present an exciting opportunity for 60 young individuals from Emilia Romagna Region in Italy. Our project aims to provide them with a memorable summer camp experience, combining fun, education, and volunteering. In addition to having a significant experience, they will participate in an international experience thanks to the presence of Italian and foreign volunteers.
Youth people, especially teenagers, are looking for "alternative" holidays, both for an economic factor, many families cannot afford holidays, and because they are looking for something different, both in terms of discovery and meaning. "Solidarity trips" allow you to discover new places, have a humanitarian and solidarity experience, broaden your horizons, discover new cultures and meet new people. DON'T WAIT, GIVE A GIFT, AN EXPERIENCE THAT WILL CHANGE THEIR LIFE BUT ALSO YOURS!
They are different holidays than usual that combine tourism and solidarity, in order to create a truly "responsible tourism", where young people are personally involved in doing things together.The aim of these experiences is to encourage the participation of young people in situations of physical, social and economic fragility, in social experiences to prevent social withdrawal, but also to offer a concrete possibility of active citizenship.
On the one hand, each participant will have the opportunity to put themselves at the service of communities or associations involved in social work, on the other they will have the opportunity to live an international experience, without moving from their country of origin and experimenting with English in communication with other volunteers from all over the world. The "Solidarity Trips" will be a real journey, where you can meet people who want to look at the world with different eyes.
