We've launched the first episode of the Pro Akademika Foundation podcast "Young Minds"! Our guest is Dr. Malgorzata Osowiecka-Szczygie — a poet, researcher of the psychology of creativity, and facilitator of artistic processes. Scientifically, she focuses on the impact of poetry reception on creative thinking, as well as expressive writing as a form of therapy for individuals who have experienced trauma or chronic illness.In the conversation, she talks about how poetry became a tool for self-expression and a way to develop creativity, and shares insights from her research into the effect of poetry on people's thinking and emotions.We invite you to listen:

"Young Minds": Pro Akademika Foundation Podcasts is a space created for young people who are searching for their path, asking questions about the future, and wanting to better understand the world around them. Each episode is an attempt to capture what's truly essential—not just in theory, but in daily life. Knowledge from various scientific fields and activism is presented simply, but not simplistically—with respect for the intelligence and sensitivity of young adults.We discuss what really matters—from educational choices and social activism to academic life. We create a meeting place for ideas, experiences, and people who truly understand the challenges faced by young individuals. The guests on our podcasts will be scholarship recipients of the Pro Akademika Foundation. The public task – "Young Minds": Pro Akademika Foundation Podcasts – is co-financed by the funds of the Mazowieckie Voivodeship.
