At EKARI, we believe in the singular power of education to break the cycle of extreme poverty. In support of this mission, we provide direct tuition support - in addition to a range of comprehensive support programs - so students can excel throughout their high school and college educations.
Our students are succeeding! For the first year 100% of our entire EKARI student cohort passed their final exams and are continuing on to college! This is a huge milestone for EKARI and our students. The success is a testament not only to the commitment of EKARI students and staff in Malawi, but also our generous donors. Unfortunately, this success also presents new challenges for EKARI students. With the higher costs of college tuition, the costs of supporting our students is also increasing.
