Child Marriage is a curse on every child as it destroys the child education, child development, child behavior etc as it imposes so many responsibilities on a child which also affects the child emotionally and mentally. In a developing nation, many things are done to battle with child marriage but still there are many rural areas where this still is still prevailing and the future of the children are destroyed. This could be stopped by raising awareness among the children as they are the ones whose life gets destroyed and also the upcoming generation of the rural areas.
While watching this situation, RSKS India started End Child Marriage Program at the school in the rural areas. In this program, 40 schools were selected and then the End Child Marriage Program was done and approx 2050 children played their role in the program and got awareness about the pivotal issue known as child marriage. In this program, awareness workshops were conducted in all the schools and for better understanding through competition, a Quiz competition was also organized by the RSKS India for these children at every school. This whole program, was successful with the support of school teachers and principal and the children itself. The RSKS Team members told about the effects of child marriage on a particular child and on the society to all the children in the workshops.
All the 2050 children of 40 different schools were amazed to know about the effects of child marriage on a particular child and on the society, so they all took oath to not let this happen in their community and will always fights against the child marriage. Also through these children, their parents also got the information about End Child Marriage and they also got awareness on this pivotal issue. The easy way of awareness of RSKS India team members was easily understandable to the children of all age. Also this program is successful growing the seed f better future and Child Marriage Free Future. All the children along with the school administration wholeheartedly thanked RSKS India for this wonderful initiative and asked RSKS India team members to come again to school with different awareness issues.

Mesmerizing Story Of Krishna......!!
I am Krishna (Name Changed), I am 34 years old and I have a 14 year old daughter too. I live with my husband and my 3 children in a small inaccessible village far away from the city. In our area, women are not allowed to go out and do anything so we have to be dependent on our husband our on our father if anything has to be brought from the market. It is old culture of using cotton cloths, etc materials during the menstruation time. My daughter also got her first periods but as a mother I thought to give her sanitary napkins but how was the question. So, I have her what I used and from this way she also started using the old culture.
After few days, Rajasthan Samgrah Kalyan Sansthan team members visited our village and called every woman and girl to a place to have a workshop. My neighbor told me to come with my daughter at the workshop and then I called my daughter and together we went to attend the workshop. The workshop was about better menstrual health. RSKS team members were explaining each and every rural woman about better menstrual practices and about the things which can happen if better menstrual practices are not adopted. Also, in the workshop they explained about not using the old culture materials like cotton, cloth etc. during the menstruation as it can lead to severe diseases. At the end of the program, everyone was given sanitary napkins by the RSKS team members and were told about using it whenever it is needed. After few days them came back again to take the feedback from every woman and girl about the workshop and the sanitary napkin.
I was not well educated so I did not know all these things about menstrual health but when I came to know about this in the workshop then I got to know that why some women from our village sick and no one said anything about it. Now I cannot think anything happening to my daughter so I have adopted sanitary napkins whenever she or me get our menstruation period. I also talked about all the things which happened in the workshop to my husband and then he also supported me in purchasing the sanitary napkins for my daughter and myself. I thank RSKS India from bottom of my heart to let me know about this big problem and giving me solution of this problem.
