The Journey Continues: Last Quarter Global Impact Update
This past quarter has been another season of growth, transition, and continued impact for Journey To Destiny Ministries. Because of the generosity of our donors and partners, we continue to provide opportunities, resources, and hope to girls, young women, children, and families around the world.
In Kenya, our Journey Center continues to equip young women through vocational education in Fashion Design/Dressmaking and Hair & Beauty. Many of the young women we serve have survived forced child marriage, teen pregnancy, poverty, and other difficult circumstances. Through skills training and entrepreneurship, they are gaining the tools needed to build sustainable futures for themselves and their children. We are also preparing for our 5th Graduation in October, another important milestone for the program..
In Ghana, our partnership with the Power of Love Children’s Home continues to provide care and support for more than 50 children. We are also expanding educational opportunities through our growing partnerships in Ghana and connecting young women to vocational training opportunities at our Kenya Journey Center
In France, our team continues outreach to vulnerable young people and families, including homeless and unaccompanied minors and young women. Through our Warehouse of Love, family support initiatives, and identification assistance, we are helping individuals navigate immediate needs while working toward greater stability.
