Dear Valued Supporter,
There are moments when one step means far more than simply walking.
For Elham, that moment came after losing her limb in the devastating earthquake.
At NSPPL, she recently received a prosthetic limb and began specialized rehabilitation and walking training. Slowly, carefully, she started moving forward again.
Then came the moment she had been waiting for.
She stood. She walked. And with tears in her eyes, she said:
“Hope has returned to me. Life has returned to me.”
For Elham, the prosthetic limb did more than restore mobility. It gave her back a sense of independence, confidence, and the possibility of living her life on her own terms again.
But many others are still waiting for that same moment.
They are waiting to stand again.
To return to work.
To move without depending on others.
To feel that life can begin again.
Your support can help make the next first step possible.
Thank you for helping restore mobility, dignity, and hope to people like Elham.
With heartfelt appreciation,
NSPPL
