Dear Supporter,
For Mr. Al-Junaidi, losing his left leg below the knee changed nearly every part of daily life.
At 52, complications from diabetes left him facing reduced mobility, greater dependence on others, and an uncertain path forward. Simple activities that once required little thought became difficult—and regaining independence became one of his greatest hopes.
That hope brought him to NSPPL – The Syrian National Project for Prosthetic Limbs.
Following detailed medical and physical assessments, our specialists developed a personalized treatment plan based on his condition and mobility needs. He was then referred to the technical team, where a custom prosthetic limb was carefully designed and fitted for him.
But receiving a prosthesis is only the beginning.
Mr. Al-Junaidi will now take part in a structured rehabilitation program to help him build balance, strength, and confidence while learning to walk safely with his new limb.
Step by step, he is moving toward a more independent life.
Your support helps make this entire journey possible—from assessment and prosthetic fitting to rehabilitation and continued follow-up.
Because of your generosity, patients like Mr. Al-Junaidi are not only receiving artificial limbs. They are regaining movement, dignity, and the freedom to participate in life again.
Thank you for helping turn loss into possibility and hardship into a new beginning.
With sincere gratitude,
