Dear Supporter,
At NSPPL, we strive to improve the quality of life for individuals with mobility challenges through specialized care and assistive devices. One such device is the KAFO (Knee-Ankle-Foot Orthosis), used for individuals experiencing muscle weakness in their lower limbs and knee instability, helping them achieve better balance during movement.
Recently, we welcomed Abdul Rahim to our center. Abdul Rahim suffers from cerebral atrophy due to perinatal oxygen deprivation, which led to joint deformities and severe muscle weakness in both lower limbs. Our team of specialists provided physical therapy, assessed his condition, and crafted a custom KAFO device. This device aims to support his balance, standing, and walking, allowing him to achieve greater independence.
Your support makes it possible for us to provide such life-enhancing interventions. Together, we are empowering individuals like Abdul Rahim to lead more independent lives.
With heartfelt appreciation,
