Our St Mungo's vision is that everyone has a place to call home and can fulfill their hopes and ambitions. As a homelessness charity and a housing association, our clients are at the heart of what we do. Our outreach teams go out each night to meet people who are homeless and to help them off the streets. With 17 outreach teams we are one of the largest providers of outreach services in the country. We provide a bed and support to more than 2,700 people a night who are either homeless or at risk
Our mission is to house, support and care for vulnerable and excluded people who either have been, or are at risk of, sleeping rough and homelessness. Our aim is to make sure that homeless and vulnerable people can look forward with optimism and can improve their quality of life.
Each night we provide a bed and support to more than 2,700 people. With 17 outreach teams we are one of the largest providers of outreach services in the country. We work nationally to manage the StreetLink referral line in partnership with Homeless Link. We also campaign nationally to bring about government change on the issues that affect homeless people.
Our vision is that everyone should have a decent place to live, something meaningful to do, and satisfying relationships with other people - as well as the good health to enjoy them. We believe that people can - and do - recover from the issues that cause homelessness. We work to prevent homelessness and support people at every step of their recovery from homelessness.
