Children orphaned in the ongoing conflict in Syria are often the hardest hit and the most vulnerable, being born into a life filled with fear, deprivation and exploitation. This project aims to improve the lives of 800 orphan children in Syria through a comprehensive program to care for orphans in terms of education, food, and clothing.
The Syrian war has produced more than 2.5 million internally displaced refugee children living in camps on the Syrian-Turkish border lacking the necessities of life. Orphans are considered the most vulnerable group in the Syrian situation, as they have no breadwinners in light of the displacement. Most of them suffer from malnutrition, miss school, and are forced to work at an early age to face the harshness of life there. This project will provide support to 800 orphans in northern Syria .
Amal Alumma Orphan Center in northern Syria is considered one of the most important work programs of our organization, through which we care for about 800 orphan children. With your support, we plan to give hope again to these children through our center. The children will continue their education, and we will provide them with food and health care, while covering their clothing needs throughout the year. A child does not choose to be an orphan. But you can choose to give them hope.
Your sponsorship will let us work wider with orphans and their families and support them to be "Little heroes" and have positive role in their communities. When you sponsor an orphan, you are bringing them out of danger and placing them in a safe environment, preventing them from dropping out of school and giving them a fair chance at building a prosperous and meaningful life.
