The Sponsor a Child project at Kasese Humanist School continues to grow steadily, expanding its reach and deepening its impact on vulnerable learners.
We are pleased to report that we continue to receive generous contributions from new donors, a clear sign of growing trust and global support for our mission. In addition, the number of recurring donors has increased, with six supporters now consistently contributing to sustain the program.
This year, we have enrolled 25 more needy children into the sponsorship program, bringing the total number of beneficiaries to 100 children.
These students, many of whom are orphans or from highly disadvantaged backgrounds, now have a renewed opportunity to access quality education in a supportive environment.
To improve student welfare and dignity, all children in the program have received new school uniforms this term. This has greatly boosted their confidence, sense of belonging, and regular school attendance.
Furthermore, part of the funds received has been allocated to strengthening our feeding program, particularly for orphaned learners. Access to daily meals has significantly improved concentration, health, and overall academic participation among the children.
Overall, the project continues to transform lives by removing barriers to education and ensuring that every supported child has the opportunity to learn, grow, and build a brighter future.
