Update from Kasese Humanist School Limited

By Bwambale Robert Musubaho | Project leader

The project has been live on the GlobalGiving website for five (5) months now and I am glad we have so far registered 18 donations.

The collected donations have played a significant role in doing the following:

  • Paying for fees tuition of vulnerable children at our schools.
  • Catering for meals of these vulnerable students attending our schools.
  • We have supplied all the needy students under this program with brand new school uniforms, Sports wear, Scholastic supplies like soap, toothbrushes, Tooth pastes, exercise books, pencils and soap.
  • We have allocated part of the funds to buying food in bulk and ensuring that the students listed under this program get breakfast, lunch and supper.
  • The teachers have directly benefitted from fees tuition funds getting into the school and this has boosted our salaries to all our teachers at the Rukoki, Muhokya and Kahendero campuses.
  • To boost co-curricular activities in the schools, I procured several balls , a volley ball net to our secondary school at the rukoki campus.

A total of 95 needy and vulnerable children are beneficiaries of this program and on behalf of Kasese Humanist School Limited, I thank all kind humans who have extended some support sofar and encourage others to come in and support our works so that the dreams and aspirations of these children becomes a reality.
