Building a professional network is a slow process and we are making great progress. We are continuing to form partnerships with local businesses that will offer incentives to REZO members. We are continuing the process of certifiying the curriculum and establishing training centers that will be sustainable in the long run.
By the end of 2015, there will be 320 members in REZO. About one in four builders who go through our regular training course go on to join REZO. In the long term, REZO will be a self-sustaining professional network for builders in Haiti who otherwise lack access to the formal job economy.
Thank you for your support as we continue to build this permanent professional network. You are helping connect builders to job placement, apprenticeships, continuing education, and lower prices for building materials.
