Getting into inclusive and quality education for all children is the belief that education is one of the most powerful and proven means for sustainable development. This project will ensure that all girls and boys complete primary and secondary schooling. It also aims to provide equal access to affordable vocational training, to eliminate gender and wealth disparities, and achieve access to a quality education.
Progress toward quality education has been tough in Uganda mostly in the northern part due to high levels of poverty brought by long term war, armed conflicts and other emergencies. This project aims to ensure that all girls and boys have access to quality early childhood development, care and pre primary education so that they are ready for primary education, ensure equal access for all women and men to affordable and quality technical, vocational and tertiary education, and to substantially increase the number of youth and adults who have relevant skills, including technical and vocational skills, for employment, decent jobs and entrepreneurship.
