29-year-old Zeeshan's livelihood depends on his strength and his ability to put in a full day's work in a busy market in Gharo. He works there, however, for six long months, his body began to betray him. What started as an uncomfortable burning sensation in his stomach soon grew into persistent abdominal pain and vomiting that made even the simplest tasks feel unbearable. For Zeeshan, every day at work became a struggle, as the pain chipped away at his ability to earn a living for himself and his family.
