Dear Friends,
During this hard time it is often difficult to help the most vulnerable. For us, this means continuing to help the animals and prevent those that would otherwise be born into a miserable life from ever knowing suffering. Our vets and nurses are still hard at work in Romania. We have some great news from the past 3 months that we would like to share with you.
RAR has our first documentary! This half hour long film shows part of the our work to help the animals. Please watch it from YouTube here:

In other news, we are proud to announce that as of March 1 we have spayed and neutered OVER 80,000 animals. 80,876 to be precise. This life-saving work has only been possible thanks to support from our donors. THANK YOU!
With your ongoing help, we can aim for the 100,000 spay/neuter goal!
Romania Animal Rescue is currently translating books loaned to us from Lakes Animal Friendship from English into Romanian to enhance our education program. These reading and coloring books will help us reach even more children and families to guide them on animal welfare practices.
In February, our friends from NetAp Switzerland held a 400+ cat spay campaign at the Center of Hope. Cats were brought from Campina villages by the Spay Shuttle to the Center for spay/neuter, veterinary check-ups, and treatments. We are fortunate to have such a lovely facility that is recognized by others as one of the best animal hospitals and can partner with other great charities to help the most.
With Spring upon us, kitten season is upon us. We hope you will be able to support our work in Romania, and please share with your friends.
Thank you and stay safe and healthy,
Nancy Janes
