Help Brazilian Youth Achieve Their First Job Dream

January marked an important step forward for the project Help Brazilian Youth to Achieve Their First Job Dream. To begin the year with intention, our activities focused on self-knowledge and career exploration — essential foundations for young people who are preparing to enter the job market for the first time.

Throughout the month, participants engaged in guided self-discovery activities designed to help them better understand their strengths, interests, values, and personal aspirations. These reflections were complemented by career workshops that introduced different professional paths, workplace expectations, and the skills most valued by employers. As a result, many of the young people are already showing greater clarity about their goals and increased confidence when speaking about their future.

Although this journey is still unfolding, the progress we have seen in just one month is encouraging. As the activities continue in the coming months, these young people will move from self-awareness to practical preparation — developing resumes, strengthening communication skills, and preparing for interviews. Step by step, they are building not only employability, but also autonomy and long-term vision.
