In this COVID-19 situation, new mothers are finding it hard to give a good start for their babies that have just been welcomed into the world. The current situation has left new mothers with no option but to choose between their basic needs and stocking up for the nwe born baby. Since families are grappling with what to eat, one can hardly think of buying new baby stuff even if it is as urgent as clothing and diapers. The situation is even worse now that prices of goods and services have gone high, hence affording a bar of soap at the moment is really challenging.
Somero Uganda is still looking out for funds to support new mothers and their babies to cope with the daily needs of clothing, soap and other baby stuff.
