Aman (not his real name) belongs to a lower class family having two brothers and two sisters. His father is a carpenter and working in a furniture workshop. With a limited income it is difficult for his father to give proper education to his children. After completing high school Aman left his studies and started to work with his father in the furniture showroom. But he was not satisfied with the carpentery job. He always wants to do something else, like technical work. When he heard about the mobile repairing training provided by the Ruchika Skill Development Centre, he came and query about it and seeing a bright future in mobile repairing training he joined it.
His jeal for learning and doing something good for his family forced him to learned the technical aspects soon. He completed the course successfully within three months. With the help of the support partner Cellcom Mobile Training Institute, he recently has joined at ‘Mobile Care’ as a technical person. Mr. Aman is now earning around 10 thousand bucks as salary plus repairing mobiles at homes and earns handsomely. He is grateful to Ruchika for its skill development training which changed his life.
