Despite the challenges like load shedding 15 people(7 youth,6 women and 2 people with disabilities were trained in art/cultural skills training and all these people attended business skills training which is the intergral part of our programmes.
33 community entrepreneurs from Khayelitsha visited our office for business advices and business information on how to run a business.4 different workshops were conducted on topics like Budgeting,How to tender for government and private esctor,Costing and Pricing as well as Record Keeping for the business.
The art/cultural skills training and business skills training are having an impact on our people as more people are opening up their own businesses.Sijonge Kuwe Business Counsellor is visiting these ex-trainees in their businesses giving them advice on how to run their businesses..
