Dear Valued Donor,
Your generous support fuels the heart of our mission here, empowering lives and shaping futures in our community. We are truly grateful for the strength you provide, enabling us to make a positive impact on the youth we serve.
Reflecting on recent months, we've faced challenges head-on and celebrated remarkable achievements. During the period, the North eastern states , including Adamawa and Borno, amongst others experienced flooding at the peak of the rainy season. This resulted to a forced extension of schools’ resumption. Together with other partners in the education sector, we conducted a Rapid Needs Assessment across the affected local government areas with the Education in Emergency Working Group, under the auspice of The Ministry of Education and Human Capital Development.
In spite of the obvious challenges, we are delighted to share our achievements during the period under review:
1) Through revamping our volunteer team, we've ignited a vibrant group of youths with a shared vision: to raise financially savvy youth. With their energy and passion, these young leaders are sparking positive change and shaping a bright future.
2) Grow With Data Youth Foundation collaborated with organizations to expand the reach of financial literacy and Entrepreneurship across the Northern regions of Nigeria:
In collaboration with Brag Foundation, we trained young business owners and gave them starter kits to help them pick their businesses in Abuja.
In collaboration with the American University of Nigeria, we held a one-day workshop on Entrepreneurship, Leadership and Financial Literacy.
Our outlook for the first quarter, 2025 includes:
1. Working with our volunteers to expand Financial Literacy programs to more secondary schools.
2. Roll out engaging Entrepreneurship programs for youth in Adamawa State.
As we wrap up this year, we extend heartfelt thanks for standing beside us on this journey. Together, we can create a brighter future for the next generation.
Gratefully yours,
Nnenna Mosugu
