Send 100 Girls to High School in Nepal

After the hard hit of COVID 19 pandemic, people started their daily life as usual but the third variant Omicron spread and disturbing the world again. This variant is disturbing people in Nepal too but not as 2 variants we experienced in the past 2 years. In the context of the education sector of Nepal all the schools and colleges shut-down for just 15 days. The result of SEE and Grade 11 & 12 has been published. All the girls benefited from the GlobalGiving scholarship passed the grade 12. Some have good marks and some not due to the stoppage of educational institutions. In whole we congratulate all the girls and share our thanks to all the donors and especially thanks to the GlobalGiving team for providing the crowd funding platform.

From the installments received through GlobalGoving in-date we reached to 34 girls of the target 50 before but now, we set target 100 after the hard hit of COVID-19 pandemic because so many girls lost their loving and caring one, they lost their father who was only one source of income. We are planning to reach them with the gift from the kind hearted people like you all. We want to bring smiles to those girls who are in grief and really want to send them to high school. Up to this date, 34 girls completed high school from 2019 to Dec 2021 and 66 girls are waiting for educational support. Due to the lack of connection with donors, we couldn't hit the target we set in 2019 and added in 50 more girls in 2021. We couldn't support 16 more girls of the first target of 50. Now we are requesting kind heart donors to support 66 more girls. We believe your generous support will continue their steps to high school for poor and needy girls. Send 50 girls to high school in Nepal

All the people of the earth has been suffered by the COVID-19 pandemic since December 2019. So many family lost their beloved one. After having long lockdown, Nepal government announced to open colleges to take exam of grade 12 and above grades. All the students who are receiving the support from the scholarship program. All the students sat on exam and waiting for their result. They are worried for their result because most of the student from remote areas couldn't attend the online class due to poor internet service and lack of good smart phone for those who belongs to poor family. Anyhow they all sat in exam hope Nepal government will consider the situation in preparing grade sheet of the students.

From the installments received from GlobalGoving in-date we reached to 29 girls of the target 50 deserving girls to send high school from 2019 to 2021. Due to the lack of connection individual donors of ADWAN we couldn't hit the target we set in 2019 so it resulted, we couldn't support 21 more girls. We still need to support 21 more girls that is why we hope your generous support will continue to meet the need of those poor and needy girls. Report from Nepal

All the people of the earth are suffering by the second variant of COVID-19 pandemic. Due to the bad situation, Nepal has under go in lockdown and still ongoing in educational institutions, cinema halls, super markets. To prevent people from contracting this new variant, Nepal government announced to people for self-care. Due to these second wave of COVID-19, the education department of Nepal couldn't take exam of all grades. The education board of Nepal ordered to schools to published result according to the student's internal performance in study. The education board declared that the final year enrolling students of 12 need to be sit in exam which will be announced after the time will be safer for students and teachers. Second wave of COVID-19 is directly effecting finance, health, and the education system all over the world.

Now in Nepal, all the schools and colleges are closed. All government school published result on daily performance of the student but some private schools are taking their exam through phone and social media. The students of private school who came in village didn't sit on online exam due to internet excess and mobile phone.

The scholars from the GlobalGiving fund are in their final year, exams will take but the routine is not published yet. They are learning their subjects via virtual classes but all don't have excess of good internet service and smart mobile so they are in trouble to complete courses and some students using their parents' mobile to call subject teachers. According to a girls from village, the second wave of the coronavirus hit rural areas than urban this time, the lifestyle is getting harder for all people survive from coronavirus infection and cure. She explained it is difficult to focus in study and complete course while they are feeling stressed about final exam routine and about their future. She said, they are waiting for normal day coronavirus infection free day and exam routine.
