Health Child plans to establish 5 Pre-Schools and to provide nutritious meals. Community members will be sensitized to provide nutritious meals for children in homes to prevent malnutrition.
“We have benefited from the learning center established here in our area because our children can now go to school and we are assured that they are in safe hands.” There are 7.5 million (46.7%) children currently experiencing child poverty which includes the high risk of being out of school. Enrolment into Preschools is 5.8 percent of the total number of children aged 3-5 years. Five preschool centres will offer education and nutrition to 450 children.
1. Building five early learning centres for children aged 3-5 years. 2. Providing meals to 450 children to boost their nutrition. 3. Providing learning centres with equipment to have a proper learning environment
Education to 450 preschool children will prepare them for primary education. Nutritious meals will to boost their overall growth and wellbeing. 300 educated mothers will provide nutritious meals to 900 children in homes to prevent malnutrition
