So happy to see schools reopened and this shows that learning is going to take place again after the lifting of the lockdown.
As we are very happy to see children back to school, there are many girls to would not be able to go back to school as the effect of the COVID-19 has made the family of these girls totally broken.
some parents prefer to sell of the girl child to marriage than searching for money to send their girl child back to school. This allows parents to get some level of relief since some one probably a man older and who could even be the father of the girl child is now taken care of their daughter as a wife.
Many girls are married off during the lockdown and due to the closure of schools. Girls who are eager to go back to school are in delima as to whether their parents or guardians will allow them.
Their only hope is Achievers Ghana girl child educational scholarship program which give girls access to school by paying school fees and providing other learning materials.
We your kind support and as usual, these girls will be sent back to school and continue studying which will eventually help them to complete school at higher level and become responsible and productive citizens.
We hope for your continue support and we pray that will you surely help us to help salvage the future plight of girls in the slum communities.
Thank you once again for your kind support and we hope to hear from you soon through your donation.
