the project will keep milk-goats for sustainability in tania intergrated school to pay school fees,feed and educate 300 vulnerable and poor children in some with phyisical and mental disabilities
orphans and vulnerable children particularly those with disabilities in tania face poverty,lack of nutritious food,school fees, particularly when they transition from primay to secondary school. some of these children are abandoned by their parents and left without care and support. tania intergrated school is located in kajiado north distict and takes care of over 300 such vulnerable children who may miss secondary education if not helped. the project will start a sustainable education fund
the project will establish vulnerable children education fund [vucef] which will assist to pay secondary school fees for the children in tania intergrated school.the fund will be realised thro keeping of milk goats for sale and provision of milk.
the project wil support 300 children and 100 care providers to alleviate poverty and provide sustainable education by selling excess milk and calves.the community will bebefit in terms of participation in rearing the goats and training on nutrition
