School Club Management Training was conducted at Chantal Mauduit Academy and Dolphin English School of Lalitpur district in February 2025. The primary objective of the training was to train the newly elected school club office bearer students (as the previous office bearers passed out of the school) with the knowledge and skills necessary to sustainably function the school club.Total 50 students participated in the training, in which students from grades 5 to 9 were involved.
The training sessions included understanding the roles and responsibilities of school club’s executive committee members, practicing minute taking, recording financial transactions, dividing tasks, and writing proposals and reports. Through engaging sessions, participants also developed a better understanding of their role in encouraging sustainable practices and positive behavioral changes for the improvement of the school environment.
A teacher from one of the schools expressed appreciation, stating, "This training will contribute in providing opportunities for social interaction, skill development, and emotional growth, thereby creating a positive impact on the lives of the students."
