Kato-san, The President of the Sendai YMCA International Hotel and Pastry School, tells us the Taylor Scholarship Students, Runa, Rin and Mio, passed their certification examination in restaurant service conducted in English and graduated successfully on March 12th!
We are happy to report that at the June 21st TAMF board meeting we approved the support of four students this year at twice the support amount of the past. Rising costs and family hardships made this change in support level needed. We look forward to reporting on their progress in the next report!
Thank you for the support you have given these students. It is your help which makes it possible for them to pursue their chosen careers.
