In an area where nearly 85% of the land is still potentially contaminated with the explosive remnants of a war that ended forty years ago, kids often lack the resources they need to succeed in school. With your help, this project will support youth and young adults whose lives have been impacted by landmines and bombs in Quang Tri Province, Vietnam by investing in their education with scholarships for books, supplies, uniforms and school fees for primary, secondary and post-secondary schooling.
For those living in extreme poverty, education is not a guarantee. PeaceTrees Vietnam supports students on their educational journey from primary school all the way through college by providing funding for school uniforms, books and other supplies. Our scholarship program is frequently the only way these youth are able to attend primary, secondary, and post-secondary school.
Donations made to this campaign will fund our scholarship program for the 2015-2016 school year. With your help we will be able to invest in the future of Quang Tri Province one student at a time. From primary school uniforms to college textbooks, your donation will help create a line of support for students as they gain the education they need in order to realize a better future for themselves.
