Prepared by: Odibu Foundation Executive Summary: Over the past two years, our organization has implemented a successful initiative aimed at providing scholarships along with essential educational supplies—such as school uniforms, books, and sandals—to vulnerable children in Northern Cross River State. The initiative has positively impacted the education and well-being of hundreds of children, ensuring they have access to the resources necessary for their academic success. 1. Project Objectives: - To provide scholarships to at least 200 vulnerable children to facilitate their enrollment and retention in school. - To distribute school materials, including uniforms, textbooks, and sandals, to promote education among the target population. - To enhance community awareness and support for education, specifically for vulnerable children. 2. Target Beneficiaries: - Vulnerable children from low-income families, orphans, and those facing significant socio-economic challenges in Northern Cross River State. - Approximately 200 children, primarily aged 6 to 12 years, have been supported through this project. 3. Activities Conducted: - Scholarship Provision: We implemented a structured scholarship program that provided financial support for school fees and related expenses. - Material Distribution: Schools were supplied with uniforms, educational materials, and sandals.
