Dear A2S Community,
We are so excited about the developments in our scholars program this year! Our Project RISE in-semester internship program is going great with our pilot group of 9 scholars participating with local business partners. We can wait to see what they've learned at the conclusion of their projects.
Our first workforce development workshop of the year included some awesome facilitators from our scholars alumni who presented on various tools like excel, canva, and Ai. We are so proud of how far our alumni have come and their willingness to give back to our community to lift up the next generation.
Coming up we'll have another workshop this summer and later this year we will pilot our school break internship program "Skillbridge".
